Located in northwestern Arkansas, in Craighead County, there is a small urban area known as Bono. The nearest airport is 64 miles away with some of the lowest traffic in Arkansas. The nearest coastline is 408 miles away. Some of Bono’s prominent landmarks include Bono Bridge and the Bono Cemetery. However, the infamous Bridge was demolished in 2011, being built in 1900. 4 minutes away is J & N Barbeque which has been in business since 1996. This town holds a lot of rich history. SERVPRO of Jonesboro was on our campus less than 4 hours after the fire at our elementary occurred. They worked quickly and efficiently to get water out of the building. They did an outstanding job with the demo and clean up of all salvageable material. They gave detailed reports daily of the progress and estimated time remaining before completion of the project. They were very organized and did an excellent job of cleaning up and leaving the site in great condition for the contractors to come in and begin repairs immediately. This occurred right before school started this year and their work helped to minimize repair time and allowed us to start school uninterrupted with all of our students in the building.
