Tuskegee Cleanup and Restoration

James and Gabe were amazing! They came in and told us exactly what they were going to do and our next steps. They even helped us take our entertainment center apart to help move it away from the wall. Would highly recommend this team to anyone with a water mitigation issue in the future. They were the best team we could have asked for.

Unfortunately due to faulty plumbing installation in our home we had another leak that required mitigation. Scheduled ServePro to get the job done and they did just that. They wasted no time doing what was needed which included cutting out the ceiling, wall and door frame. It was done professionally and I. A timely manner. Edwin and Dennis were friendly, professional and proficient. I definitely recommend ServePro for any mitigation and work there after to repair your home from water damage.

I had a water emergency & contacted Servpro as recommended by State Farm. The team arrived promptly & were very professional. I was very impressed. Thank you Edwin, Samantha, James, Butch, Dakota, Clairy, Eva, Gabe & D. Fantastic team.

James and Gabe were fantastic!! They were patient with me as I asked questions, and they thoroughly explained the process to me so I know what to expect and what to do. They also set up next steps at a time so my work day will be as minimally impacted as possible. Kind, efficient, and expedient!

SERVPRO did an amazing job from the very first day I contacted them. Their team was very professional, courteous, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. They handled my claim with integrity, the water damages efficiently and even packed my clothes neatly and carefully in boxes. Communication was excellent very step of the way. I truly appreciate their hard work and would gladly refer them to my family and friends. Christine
