After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.

I want to thank the guys who helped with my flooding issues living room and a bedroom. The day I called, 2 guys (I believe Allan & AJ) were out later that day to remove the wet carpet and padding and place protective plastic and made sure it wasn't a tripping hazard for me by taping it down. They also had 4 fans and a dehumidifier running to help dry the cement and walls. They were polite, professional, but most of all caring! (It wasn't a good day for me--overwhelmed with health issues and the water issues.) They promised everytime I see them they will be wearing smiles! So not only were they doing their job, they also were trying to make me feel better! The next day (I believe) it was AJ and Thomas, again very professional and caring. AJ took care of someone to contact me for information, which I had been waiting for! Today the Project Manager, (Tray) was out. A great, caring guy who explained and answered alot of my questions.
