Debris containing odor-causing residues will continue to give off odors. That’s why we deal with the source of the odor first.
Clean Residues From Surfaces
After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

My husband and I have been extremely satisfied by the work done by ServPro, over months, after our basement was flooded when a city water main broke. To a person the workers have been skilled, friendly, and professional. Kelly Gordon, the Office Manager, has been an exceptional liaison for us. He and his crews have taken care of a myriad of different aspects of the rebuild: plumbing, ordering and installing a new vanity, laying engineered wood floating floors, painting, returning boxes from storage, re-assembling beds, fixing wiring. To a person, these young people have worked tirelessly, sometimes staying til 8 pm. They are skilled, friendly, kind and punctual. We are always notified in advance about their time of arrival and the nature of their work. Yesterday, we were sent our final billing, which came out very close to what they had estimated all those months ago. They were more than fair. We can't say enough about how satisfied we have been with ServPro over these months. We recommend them with no reservations.
