I don't think I would have gotten through the damage done to my basement without ServPro. Absolutely the best people when you are dealing with a major flood or leak, mold damage, really anything, they are the people you go to for help. The cleanup and removal of damaged items was extensive and I needed them for months of help with water removal given the delayed issues with repairs due to a snowstorm. Emotionally it's hard enough to deal with such damage, I basically lost everything I had stored in the basement, and they are there to take action, fix the problem, and offer the support needed to get you through it.
Over this cold winter my elderly parents had frozen pipes to burst and flooded their finished basement. Servpro came within an hour of my call. They came everyday for 2 weeks monitoring moisture and then removed all the wet carpets and 2 feet of damaged drywall. They worked tirelessly and were so professional and respectful of my parents.
