Quantico is well known for being the largest  Marine Corp Base and hosting The FBI Academy, DEA Training Academy and many military and civilian residents.  All special agents begin their FBI career at the Academy here which makes this an area of rich history and tradition.  Approximately 35 miles from the bustling DC and bordered by the Potomac River and Quantico Creek, this historical base is very active with training, testing and housing members of our great military.  You can hear military drills for 40 plus miles in every direction when they are doing testing and drills.  Thankfully, they usually let the surrounding towns know when the training will be very loud as to not alarm the neighboring communities. The base is guarded and proper identification and security checks are necessary to get on base.  We have helped restore Quantico with fire damage, water damage and mold remediation for over twenty years.  It is a shear honor to serve on the historical base. Our crews have a special clearance to get on base and are familiar with the protocol required to do so. SERVPRO has the training, certifications, knowledge, equipment, and responsibility to restore commercial buildings, barracks, classrooms, residences and training facilities.  All of our employees are background checked and in uniform in marked trucks and vehicles making them stand out and easy to recognize.

Kerrick and his team came to the rescue recently when we had a overflow of water in our laundry room that extended into our family room. They arrived after their typical work hours in the evening to pull up the carpet in the affected areas, set up the fans, dehumidifiers, and checked the crawl space by the laundry room for any evidence of water. Kerrick took pictures of all of the areas affected by the flooding.He answered all of our questions. The next day Kerrick returned to check on the status of the mitigation. He had tools to check for moisture in the drywall. Kerrick was very responsive to our concerns and arrived with his team promptly on the third day of treatment to check for any moisture, collect equipment, and move the furniture and carpet back into place. I would highly recommend Kerrick for his outstanding service.
