Post Oak customers are saying
Great team to work with! Fast with work, very professional, and I would recommend every time!
Jesse was friendly and he got the service done.
We experienced a water claim to our kitchen on September 1st and I had the best arrive to our home, which was Jesse and Gabby! They were both extremely professional and informative of the mitigation process. When they said they would be back to check on the drying process they were always prompt. Having a claim is really stressful and they made the process less stressful for us. We are so grateful to them! Thank you, Jesse and Gabby
Arrived quickly, worked efficiently and professionally. Took the time to explain the process and ensure the leak was mitigated. They were friendly and helpful.
Kerrick from Servpro was a true star! There is nothing good about having to go through the process of damage to your house. However Kerrick made the process of mitigation very smooth and stress-free. I hope I don’t have to go through this again, but if I ever do, I would 💯 use and recommend Kerrick from Servpro
Kerrick and his team came to the rescue recently when we had a overflow of water in our laundry room that extended into our family room. They arrived after their typical work hours in the evening to pull up the carpet in the affected areas, set up the fans, dehumidifiers, and checked the crawl space by the laundry room for any evidence of water. Kerrick took pictures of all of the areas affected by the flooding. He answered all of our questions. The next day Kerrick returned to check on the status of the mitigation. He had tools to check for moisture in the drywall. Kerrick was very responsive to our concerns and arrived with his team promptly on the third day of treatment to check for any moisture, collect equipment, and move the furniture and carpet back into place. I would highly recommend Kerrick for his outstanding service.
Very professional and personable. Great explanation and advice. Excellent work. Definitely recommend
Wonderful Job!!
Our office had a horrible sewer backup in our basement and Kerrick and his team were amazing. They got right on it and spent the time to get it all right.
