We had a toilet to break upstairs and flood the upstairs and overflowed to the downstairs. It’s was a big job that lasted for 7 months so we got to know staff very well. He followed up with the contractors and adjusters for us and that relieved so much pressure on us. We have never had to deal with anything like this before and he walked us through it with ease. Everyone that worked at our house was respectful, kind and followed through with what they said they would do. I can’t imagine going through something like this without the help of Servpro and their supportive staff.
