What our
Rathgeber Village customers are saying

We had an upstairs bathroom leak that caused significant damage to our home, and the ServPro team was fantastic from start to finish. Jester, Jose, and Miguel did a phenomenal job throughout the entire process. They were professional, efficient, always on time, and kept us informed every step of the way with excellent communication. During a stressful situation, they made the restoration process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend ServPro and especially this outstanding team. Thank you for all your hard work!

Becky Lister

We bought a new home, where there was unfortunately some remediation needed. We went in circles with the previous providers, and it was NIGHT AND DAY in working with the ServePro team. We worked with Nick Maldonado, Erik Jorgenson, Tommy, Ambrose - the entire team of professionals were excellent and consultative throughout the process. The team was very knowledgeable and worked with us to make sure the areas were safe and fully remediated for our family. I am very thankful for the team, and their partnership with the mold inspector.

Jose Subero did an awesome job. Didn’t like getting water damage. But these guys did an awesome job to help me fix it.

Austin Douglas

Huge shoutout to the Servpro team for reconstruction from a house flood. I had a bathroom flood 6 weeks before tenants were set to move in, and they were able to work on my tight timeline to get it done, which is nothing short of a miracle when dealing with insurance. Want to give a special shoutout to Cesar Cerdacruz and his crew for managing the project, and to Nanette Johnson and Angel Arellano for working behind the scenes to make it all happen. Truly couldn’t have done it without y'all — they made a Servpro customer for life!

Evan Tarver

Servpro has been excellent at remediating water damage in my home after the most recent freeze. They are prompt, very communicative and provide all the documentation and logs you’d need to work with insurance, making it a breeze. In particular, Morgan was stellar at keeping me up to date every step of the way and collaborating with different teams to make sure we got the help we needed!
