Old East Dallas Is A Texas Treasure

WELCOME TO OLD EAST DALLAS

125 years of fresh construction and remodeling has brought an extraordinary collection of home shapes, sizes, and styles here, from stately old Swiss Avenue to the redevelopment of garden apartments along Gaston Avenue and Live Oak Street. Each of the neighborhood’s historic districts features a fleet of unique and beautiful homes and an equally amazing mixture of people that create this lively community. Providing water damage services to Old East Dallas has opened our eyes to its wonderful story! Contrary to what its name implies, East Dallas is rich with culture both old and new; after the annexation, entrepreneurs and creatives occupied then shabby warehouses, turning them into clubs and venues, bringing culture and many social scenes that still thrive today in what is now Deep Ellum, among other neighborhoods of this district. Old East Dallas is one-of-a-kind! While it technically includes Deep Ellum as well, in this case, we are going to focus on Old East Dallas that encompasses Swiss Ave, Junius Heights, Gaston Ave, N Peak St, Munger Blvd and Ross Ave. These funky, hippie streets hold historic homes, dive bars and outstanding gastronomy and farm-to-table food.  We've done multiple fire damage repairs in Old East Dallas and love helping our local community. Give SERVPRO of East Dallas a call today if you experience any fire, water, or storm damage in your Old East Dallas home. We are locally owned and operated.

What our
Old East Dallas customers are saying

Russell and the team were true professionals. They came to check for water intrusion and moisture content before setting up equipment to dry it. Russell was always available to answer my questions and share information. It helped reduce my stress. Thanks to the team and Russell!

Cameron Krost

Would 10/10 recommend! Russell came out within 1 hour of calling for help mitigating the water damage from our house flooding. He was prompt and very friendly throughout. With his help, we dried out all of our floors and ceilings and were able to avoid any mold growth. He got us hooked up with drying mats, fans, and dehumidifiers and had them running until the job was done. He helped for 6 days straight and timed his visits around our schedule. Could not recommend enough!

Had a great experience with ServicePro for water extraction and cleanup. Danny responded within the hour, which made a stressful situation much easier. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the entire process. He checked thoroughly for hidden moisture and made sure everything was completely dry before finishing. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!
