David, Alex and Elizabeth of ServPro North Austin have done a splendid job seeing to the removal of the soaked ceiling and wall Sheetrock and insulation along with wood flooring after a water heater thermal expansion tank in the attic rusted through drenching my house for hours while I was at work. They brought in drying fans and dehumidifiers just over 24 hours after I came home observing water seeping out underneath my garage door. All this work was done with excellence considering the inevitable inconvenience and expeditiously. I cannot thank them enough for treating my disaster with urgency and great care. It is not quite 5 days since the flooding was uncovered and my house is ready to begin buildout next week.

This Servpro office has been a godsend in the last week for my neighbor and I. The city was working on the sewer lines in the street and it back flowed into our two houses. Sewage was wall to wall. The team of David, Nadia and their workers got the houses to a place where we could at least go in and inspect with our own eyes.
