I can’t say enough good things about Serve Pro. They came to the rescue when we really needed help and worked extra hard to take care of us every step of the way. When our house flooded, Servpro Team Shaw was quick to respond. Bobby Carter was there within an hour of the call (our call was at 0430) and his team soon their after. By mid-afternoon, they had the excess water completely out of the house and all the drying fans going. The level of service was remarkable! Bobby oversaw the mitigation phase, and so professional and responsive to our needs. We are so thankful for their quick response and excellent work. Serve Pro of Tyler, and specifically Joel Nash, Kyle (Project Manager), Jason (Estimator) and Will Blankenship (Salvage) were outstanding to work with during a home flooding incident we had. The entire staff was very professional, punctual and communicative during the mitigation process. These incidents are never pleasant, but working with this team made it as good as possible.
