Clean Residues From Surfaces
After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

We are really impressed with this ServPro. I was out of town last Saturday, got a call at 11pm saying there's a flood in the basement. Never having been through a flood, I asked AI what to do! It said call ServPro, they serve Del Rio. I phoned Wes first thing Sunday morning. Wes met me Sunday afternoon, checked out everything, damage, measurements, told me about what's next, got his mitigation team in to rip out the carpet on Monday, put in drying machines, another team came in to take out sheetrock, another to clean, by Friday, this part of the job completed and cleaned, ready for the restoring. We are so pleased, we've decided to go ahead and hire Wes' ServPro teams to do the reconstruction and renovation.
