After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

We contacted ServPro to help us deal with a water damage issue in our Bluffton condominium caused by a blocked building HVAC condesate drain line. ServPro was quick to respond and did excellent work dealing with damaged walls, flooring, bathroom vanities and mold/water issues.
