Where do I begin - it started off on a cold, rainy night where all seemed well. My family and I were about to head off to bed, when we heard a loud noise downstairs in the basement. When we went to investigate the strange noise, we were met with a flooded basement! We immediately called Servpro and were greeted by Silo who responded within a moments notice. He had his team out within hours, extracted all of the water, demo’d the walls, and had equipment in place to begin the drying process.
