After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

Another homeowners emergency (flooding in the basement with mold present) where we needed to call in the big guns. After calling 2 other contractors who didn’t answer their phones, Servpro was prompt to answer my call over the weekend and schedule a time to meet for immediate inspection.
