Cully is Northeast Portland’s largest neighborhood by land area and population; it is over 3 square miles. Original home to the Chinook peoples. Cully is also the most ethnically and racially diverse Census tract in Oregon. It is located between the Parkrose area and downtown close to Portland international Airport. This part of Portland has most seasons. Summers are dry and clear. In recent years, fires have made their way towards the area and caused the need for fire damage restoration. Fall is gorgeous.
