Debris containing odor-causing residues will continue to give off odors. That’s why we deal with the source of the odor first.
Clean Residues From Surfaces
After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

Sammy the owner came promptly to create an initial plan for my insurance company to start my emergency mitigation for my basement which was flooded on July 1st. The mitigation team of Ali, Joshua, Camilo and Manala did a fantastic and timely job of removing items in the basement, throwing damaged items in the dumpster, cutting the drywall, disinfecting the basement, drying it out and monitoring the moisture level.
