We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

I can't give my S.Pro staff 5 stars because they deserve all the stars in the galaxy! Your worst day is having a flood or fire. But your best day is when S.Pro pulls out of your driveway and you get to turn around and embrace the beauty they have restored...like it never happened. And, they won't go until you are satisfied. I tried! My team was led by Todd and I was blessed with Walter* Matthew* and Steve. They were exceptional. Also polite, timely, professional, hard working, knowledgeable, always cleaned up and kept me entertained with their version of humor. Their standards were higher than mine and their attention to detail was impressive. My condo went from a disaster to a master piece. I was always reminded i was the customer and I was always offered the choices to make and the final decision. In a time where customer service is fading, these guys didn't get the memo. Walter and Matt are masters in their craft. Their collective years of experience and skill are a gift to us, the customer.
