water damage in Madisonville

If you have driven down Madison Ave. there is no doubt that you have seen the amazing transformation that this cute little slice of Cincinnati is undergoing. From multi unit residential building to revitalizing old homes the area is definitely on the rise to being know as a highly sought after place to live. This type of development typically can result in water damage from the loss of grass areas allowing water to absorb naturally. As recently as May of 2024 heavy rains have caused water damage problems for several of our neighbors. Unfortunately this is just about impossible to predict and plan for on the frontside. Municipalities do what they can to help prevent water damage to properties by completing surveys and assessments of new and old projects planning for the best outcome. SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati will come in and preform what we call an ERP (emergency ready profile) to help locate and identify obvious hazards as well as locate and label main shutoff valves making them easy to find and close in the event of a water damage from a broken pipe. As members of the Madisonville community we owe it to ourselves and our neighbors to do our part by keeping litter and trash from blocking storm drains and runoff areas. We can't always control the introduction of litter especially with the train that runs though the middle of town. The underpass is a recognizable land mark and a piece of history we all have undoubtedly driven under adding to the charm of Madisonville. SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati is always here to help. Simply call us to schedule an ERP 513-737-8776 SERVPRO®

What our
Madisonville customers are saying

Joe Wolf has been managing the project of restoring our basement (drywall, paint, new flooring etc.) after we had water damage. He has handled all the details from start to finish and has even jumped in to take care of some smaller details himself rather than waiting on a contractor. When the damage initially happened, the process felt so daunting, but having Joe and his team made all the difference. I didn't stress at all once Joe was involved. He made the whole process seamless and easy and I would recommend him and ServPro to everyone!

After a failed water heater flooded our finished basement, ServPro was recommended by our insurance company for the mitigation and restoration, and they did not disappoint!!! Working with Joe was super easy, communication was clear and he listened to our ideas/wants to make them a reality while keeping budget and timeline in mind. We could not be happier with the service, quality of work, and timeframe in which the work was done!

Drain backup caused major basement flooding and ServPro was out the next day! Aidan, Kyree and Kobe did a fantastic job. Aidan was responsive and attentive to all our questions and the crew was able to tackle a lot in a short amount of time! Use this service if you are ever in need!

We reached out to Servpro for some help on a potential mold problem. We recently had our roof replaced due to a leak. Insurance also covered painting due to water staining, but we wanted to make sure there wasn’t anything more of concern behind the drywall and in the attic. Our representative Brandon J. was extremely knowledgable and thorough while using some amazing technology. Photos and guidance on next steps were provided and we couldn’t be more appreciative. Highly recommend reaching out to them for help.

This is the first time I’ve used Servpro for carpet cleaning. Many of my other clients have used them for water and fire restoration services and have been very pleased. I was very grateful for the attention to detail that they had. Not only was the carpet cleaning the best we have had but I had asked for our couch to be cleaned as well. But it turns out there was a warning tag saying I needed to use a different type of cleaning. Even though they did not offer that type of they put me in contact with someone who does.

Danny and his team did a great job on removing the water damaged drywall in our office. He communicated what was going to be done and why and the work was excellent and they left the office cleaner than when they found it. They worked during our normal hours and kept any disruption to a minimum.
