After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

I recently had the pleasure of working with SERVPRO of CORONA following a flooding in my basement. From the moment we contacted the company for assistance (Friday night) it was clear that they were knowledgeable and professional in how they handled my questions over the phone before they saw the water. When you have a a basement taking in water (by the galloons) and it is carpeted and has a home office, time was of the essence, SERVPRO of CORONA did not waste any time to get to work.
