Lafayette customers are saying
Allan and his team were amazing! I had an emergency water loss at my home, and they were on-site shortly after. They were professional, thorough, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I really appreciate their hard work and would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend Allan and his team!
When I was advised that I had a sewage leak in my crawlspace, I was worried. I called Servpro SW and almost immediately received a call from Allan and had an appointment that same day. When they arrived (a few minutes early which I truly appreciate) Jessica, Allan and Joshua were friendly and professional. I explained the issue that I was told I had (I hadn’t personally seen it because I cannot get down there) they went down and checked out the situation, took pictures to show me and told me to my surprise and great relief that it was not in fact a sewage leak but a different issue in a different area. Something that can be taken care of pretty easily and with no biohazard. I expected to pay some sort of estimate fee for their time at least, but nothing was taken or expected. I would absolutely recommend their services for any need you have. Their honesty and professionalism is refreshing and if the need ever arises they will definitely be my first choice!
Thank you guys so much they came into our house and we had a flood and you guys made it like you would never know Allen,Jessica and Joshua were all great to work with great group of people working together thank you guys again me and my wife are so pleased

Awesome services and company!
Outstanding customer service, would highly recommend… thank you, Servpro! Very responsive and took care of everything for us.
I didn't expect such prompt responses and genuine concern from the team. Their customer service is exceptional; rather than hurrying you, they genuinely listen to your needs. Seeing such a careful approach is refreshing.
The damage from a small kitchen fire was overwhelming, even though there was more smoke than flames. These guys arrived, inspected everything, and promptly began cleaning up. Now that things are back to normal, I'm really glad I didn't have to figure everything out on my own.
I contacted mold remediation after noticing some wet areas and mold in the bathroom. The experts were thorough and provided clear explanations of the procedure. It was a huge relief to feel safe and clean in the restroom once more.
