What our
Bohemia customers are saying
Quick, Great and Reliable service.
After experiencing a broken water pipe which flooded my home Michael and his team did a great job with initial cleanup and subsequent packing and storage of household items in preparation of restoration.
Had a huge flood during blizzard. They showed up within half hour. Guys came and just got it done !! Could not ask for better support.
A top notch team, LOOK NO FURTHER Servpro of Ronkonkoma went above and beyond. My Dad had a major health event which forced him to be away from his home for months. When he returned home the home was ruined mold, flooring, cabinets etc. We contacted Servpro of Ronkonkoma and Devin came out the next day. They work efficiently and offered the best service and the best price. I want to give a shoutout to Steve the boss, Thank You for your compassion in helping my Dad a senior and 12 yr Veteran. From reception to construction workers, your staff is amazing. If you really need help, reach out to Servpro in Ronkonkoma and ask for Devin. You won't regret it.
The work was done very efficiently and professionally by everyone involved.
I’m in the middle of the ceiling falling from a leak .. this has been the least stressful the day I met Devin Servpro and my Travelers agent Lenny to assess and made a plan Then the crew took the ceiling partially down n put a tent w blowers to dry up the area .. crew even dusted off one table that was open .. not a spec of anything .. then Joe appears and takes pic n today put up insulation to keep it warm until the upstairs unit is repaired .. always keeping in touch ..keep them in mind bc I will !
ServPro helped me save $$$ by mitigating and preventing the risk of water damage /mold with quick and effective intervention. They were also very professional and knowledgeable.
I cannot say enough about Servpro of Ronkonkoma, especially Alex Thyberg, the project manager. He is so knowledgeable, professional and caring during a stressful situation. His support and attention to detail is superb and makes the situation easy to navigate. His prompt responses and concern for the customer is exceptional. Each person that worked on this emergency problem was great - shout out to Sean for a wonderful plumbing job. Thanks, Servpro-you are wonderful!
