I recently discovered mold growing in certain areas of my home and discovered water leakage coming from behind my refrigerator. When asking others if they knew of a reputable business to handle the problem, Servpro was the only name that kept coming up by both family and friends. So, I felt pretty confident that I was making the right choice. And - I couldn't be more pleased that I did! The response to my initial call was immediate. I then received a detailed written explanation of what needed to be done along with the approximate cost (which I was very pleased with). Scheduling a date for the work to be done was so easy and fast. Four workers, led by Jerry, arrived punctually, and were very friendly and polite -very easy to talk to.
