Remove the Odor Source
Debris containing odor-causing residues will continue to give off odors. That’s why we deal with the source of the odor first.
Clean Residues From Surfaces
After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

We experienced an ice dam on our roof that caused water to leak into our bedroom and bathroom, which was incredibly stressful. We needed a first step drying out of our floors and walls Both Chad and Noel showed up promptly and set up all machinery properly and professionally. Once all walls and floors were dried, both came back and did a marvelous job in the cleanup and removal of their equipment. Their courtesy and professionalism are to be commended.
