Ramsey Cleanup and Restoration

Dino and his team were on time and did an excellent job boxing and moving everything to get the job done! Thank you!

Jeff and Fran worked tirelessly to pull up our basement floors after they were impacted by a burst water heater. They had great communication and left the area spotless. Highly recommend Jeff and Fran.

Ever Melendez of Serv Pro Team Fox Waldwick NJ did a great job. After a sprinkler system popped next door and filtered water onto my ground floor I was facing a huge problem. The two units next door were totally destroyed by massive water from the sprinkler. Ever Melendez , Field Manager and his crew worked tirelessly to mitigate the damage across all effected units. The remediation process was incredibly thorough. Every single piece of impacted wall, ceiling, and flooring had to be removed, but the crew handled the demolition, clean up, and disinfection seamlessly. They utilized precise, professional techniques and top-tier equipment, including a strategic layout of high-powered dryers that they monitored closely both before and after. What could have been a highly stressful experience was made incredibly smooth and pleasant thanks to Ever’s leadership. His exceptional professionalism gave me complete confidence every step of the way. Thanks to their hard work, my place is now perfectly clean, completely dry, and ready for renovations. If you ever need emergency restoration, Ever Melendez and the ServPro Waldwick team are the absolute best in the business. Five stars +

My technician was Jean- Chris

Servpro was a pleasure to work with. I had a significant renovation and they came consistently and on time until the job was done. The crew was very polite and professional. Craig was the lead, and he was on top of the job the entire time. It was a hassle free experience with excellent work.

Jean and Felix came within 4 hours of Dave’s visit which occurred 2 hours after our insurance company called them. All three were professional, efficient, thorough and everything went smoothly. Jean and Felix worked well as a team - focused and hard working. They cleaned up the area nicely and finished up in under an hour. We very much appreciate their prompt attention, and squeezing us into their schedule as all of the crews were already on jobs when the claim reached the franchise. Highly recommend!

Jeff and his team did an amazing job! They were professional, friendly, and took the time to clearly explain what happened and what needed to be done. They did a great job cleaning up when finished, and we really appreciated how thorough and respectful they were throughout the process. This is our second time using SERVPRO, and we would highly recommend Jeff and his team!

We are extremely happy with the work done by all phases of Servpro. Freddy did a beautiful job on our ceilings and walls. We were at ease with all workers from your company!
