My home suffered a substantial water leak that affected 5 rooms of my home. The mitigation team was knowledgeable and made sure to over communicate every step of the process. This helped to ease the stress from a very stressful situation to a more manageable one. The team was courteous and sensitive to my concerns. There was a minor incident, and the team took care of it instantly. I would like to thank Teagan, Shawn, Ky, and Andre for being efficient and respectful. To not only me but our crazy dogs too.
