Remove the Odor Source
Debris containing odor-causing residues will continue to give off odors. That’s why we deal with the source of the odor first.
Clean Residues From Surfaces
After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

I had a deer jump through a window in my home causing a lot of damage. The deer was injured and was bleeding. Needless to say my house was a horrendous mess. I called ServPro of Southwest Raleigh and received a return call from Steve within the hour. Steve was very accommodating and sent Matthew a team leader to access the damage. Within a couple of hours they had a team on site for the cleanup process. Mike and Paul started around 7pm and did not leave until midnight. They got the blood and glass cleaned up so I could function in my home. They were fantastic and very concerned with my satisfaction. Matthew assisted with the cleanup and did a fabulous job documenting the before and after. On Monday Charlene came to clean my furniture and did an awesome job. Thomas and Ricky cleared the room of the furniture and to remove the remainder of the carpet and carpet pad. Matt Furry and his team were onsite at our house very quickly after we contacted ServePro after our washing machine flooded.
