Welcome to Vardaman, the self-titled sweet potato capital of the world! Vardaman is only 1.4 square miles of land but is home to around 1,000 people. The neighborhoods are located along quiet, winding roads, and the small downtown area is located right off of Sweet Potato Street. 



Keeping with the theme of the town, Vardaman is also home to the widely beloved Sweet Potato Festival that is held every fall! It brings in visitors from all around the Mississippi Delta for the fun and festivities. Another highlight of the area is the Vardaman Sportsplex that is always busy with games, practices and competitions.
