After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

This Servpro crew from Eagan/Apple Valley was excellent for cleaning up our basement after a water heater leak flooded about 1/2 of our basement carpet. After notifying our insurance company in the morning They arrived same day, after their office called to let us know they were en route (great communication I’d say). There were 5-7(?) crew members, with Felipe & Brian in charge. I communicated with Felipe during the entire 6 day process to dry out carpeting and dry wall. He was prompt in answering my texts which was greatly appreciated. He explained all steps before, during, and after.
