Remove the Odor Source
Debris containing odor-causing residues will continue to give off odors. That’s why we deal with the source of the odor first.
Clean Residues From Surfaces
After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.
Seal Surfaces Exposed To Unpleasant Odors

We had a surprise water leak (aren't they all?) and needed some professional help. Called them early on a Sunday, discussed our options, and settled for an on-site visit for Tuesday. Trevor and Kimon from SERVPRO were there in the early morning to help with our insurance adjuster, walk through the damage, and then immediately got to work. Both did a fantastic job on a very clean demolition, the mitigation set up, super helpful/knowledgeable with questions, and even called me each of the following days before coming out to check on the drying progress. While I hope to never have to call them about another water issue (haha), they made the whole process extremely easy and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
