Debris containing odor-causing residues will continue to give off odors. That’s why we deal with the source of the odor first.
Clean Residues From Surfaces
After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

Our Home flooded after a waterline broke. We were not home so the entire house flooded for over 24 hours. We never experienced anything like this before, Servpro was contacted to do clean up and demo. They were on site within an hour with equipment to dry the house out, clearly explained the process and gave me suggestions on how to work with the insurance company.
