Debris containing odor-causing residues will continue to give off odors. That’s why we deal with the source of the odor first.
Clean Residues From Surfaces
After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

Outstanding from start to finish! The water damage claim from a kitchen sink drain pipe leak turned into a significantly more complicated task including asbestos abatement and mold remediation. During the work, a serious structural issue was discovered with the home's foundation which required independent repair. From the outset, the ServPro team were professional and communicated very well throughout the process. Unexpected heavy snow/ice storm flooded half of my basement with about 1/2" water, I turned off the main water valve right away to stop water. SERVPRO helped me restore my home after a bat infestation. They very quickly and effectively cleaned my attic by removing the old soiled insulation, sanitizing the space, and then installing new insulation.
