After pulling up the carpet, we quickly realized we were dealing with something much bigger… the lingering odor of pet (and human) urine that had soaked into the subfloor over time. We reached out to SERVPRO of Crofton/Odenton/Severn for an estimate, and that’s when we met Chuck, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment he arrived, Chuck was knowledgeable, kind, personable, funny, and extremely professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, offered prevention tips for the future, and answered every single question we had along the way (and trust me, there were a lot!). Absolutely excellent service by Chuck! He explained everything, worked with me on times that were most convenient around my work schedule. And probably the best part was that I received a phone call back within 5 min when I called Sunday morning on Father's Day.
