Servpro was the perfect choice to clean out a hoarders house. This house was infested with mice, bed bugs and ants. It's was totally discusting. I called another company after Servpro. Servpro did the job quicker. The crew had a list of what the owner was looking for. They came out with anything they had on the list and anything valuable looking. The team was excellent and the job was well done. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it was rarely possible to get much advance notice of when (day and time) each next step was to be done. Knowing that would have been helpful to me but, in the end, all went well.
