What our
Bedford Park customers are saying
Sergio and his team are incredible…professional. They need no direction when they arrive for carpet cleaning, and I appreciate any questions or suggestions they always provide to make the most of my clean! I am grateful to this business for their timeliness, friendliness, and care for detail to deliver perfection. Thank you guys!!!
Sergio and his team were excellent and very helpful when our facility pipe burst. Very knowledgeable and kept us inform of all steps of the process
I am very pleased with the service that was provided by SERVPRO. They were very professional and attentive to the needs of my home. Terry and Sergio were prompted, and made me feel comfortable. I'm a first time homebuyer and I had no idea what to expect, in fact I was nervous. Sergio answered all of my questions and walked me through the process, as well as explained every detail upon completion. I am so happy that SERVPRO,( Terry, Sergio and their crew ) were chosen to take care the damages in my home. Now, I can sleep tonight due to a peaceful mind. Thanks, Sergio!
Hector and the crew were amazing and so thorough. They got the job done so quickly and explained everything to us in detail. Do not hesitate to call these guys. They are awesome!
Sergio, Jorge, Christian, Osvaldo from SERVPRO cleaned up up our basement after a devastating rain storm this weekend. They.were.phenomenal. They were at our home from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. and just never stopped working until the job was done. They were courteous, professional, and their work was meticulous. It was absolutely disgusting what backed up into our basement. I certainly hope they are paid extremely well. We lost our flooring, drywall, and doors. They hauled it all away. These guys were just extraordinary. I will say, I was absolutely stunned when I got the bill (>$13,000)! That has nothing to do with them, of course. But, this happened 5 years ago and I know our bill wasn't this much with another restoration company. That part was profoundly disappointing. It is for this reason I might not use this company again. Not sure if this is what Stanley Steemer was charging but it felt like we were taken advantage of in a situation where we were helpless and vulnerable. Not gonna lie, I was pretty disgusted. But, again, the guys were GREAT!
Very kind staff that helps you when you are not exactly at the best point in your life after suffering loss. They do a great job !
Just wanted to touch base to let you know that everything went quick and smooth today! The guys were efficient and easy to work with, along with being kind and considerate, I appreciate that so much!!
ServPro Bedford Park/Burbank did an amazing job with a biohazard cleanup for our Condo building after a death of a tenant. This was sadly a horrible situation, but they were courteous, and professional. They listened to my questions and concerns and the job was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.
Great experience with Servpro of Bedford Park. Very responsible I would recommend to anyone.
