Remove the Odor Source
Debris containing odor-causing residues will continue to give off odors. That’s why we deal with the source of the odor first.
Clean Residues From Surfaces
After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

We had a water loss in our kitchen that was covered by insurance. The insurance company arranged for Servpro to come out to do the remediation. Servpro was excellent. They were able to come out the same day the insurance company notified them that we needed remediation in the kitchen and guest bedroom below the kitchen. Riley arrived and reviewed everything. He said that we actually had to have the leak fixed before he could begin any remediation. So we arranged for a plumber to come out ASAP to fix the leak. Upon hearing that the leak was fixed, Riley arranged to come back out. He installed drying equipment and did the remediation work, which included mold. Riley also arranged for a specialty cabinet restoration company to come out to remove the lower kitchen cabinets that were affected by the water loss. They were excellent also.
