My son attends GA Southern and had a water loss. I am in the industry but do not live close by. I reached out to Servpro and was super pleased with the service received. Mike was very helpful and went above and beyond for us! Great communication and super friendly. I highly recommend Mike and his team!

Extremely nice group of employees who really care about getting the done right and treating their clients w respect. Extremely professional and very kind. . Mike explained things to me( their plan of action) extensively well throughout the entire process and did not ever leave me in the dark like some businessmen of today tend to do. He informed me of their every move and intention.... John Avery runs a top notch company and he's on top of it ! If you ever are in an emergency situation call him !!!! He saved so much property from being totally ruined by just responding immediately and staring the dehumidification process w heavy duty institutionally strong equipment to get the job done. . Trust this crew. They would never steal like so many other remediation companies do. I trust them totally - and I usually do not trust a soul . Sincerely Monica Pawloski
