After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

Never fun dealing with emergencies... but they happen. My master bedroom and bathroom was completed flooded and servpro was out within a couple hours. Mind you this was after 5pm when I intially reported it. Fast, prompt and excellent work from Doug and his team. Likely saved me more of a headache. Thanks again.

Can’t say enough about how amazing this company was to work with. We had a leak into our downstairs ceiling from our second floor bathroom, found only a few hours before we were leaving on vacation with family. We called numerous other plumbers and remediation companies and not many were willing to come out to look at it before we left. We got in contact with serve pro and they were out within an hour or so. They made us feel extremely comfortable, they were extremely knowledgable, and honest in their assessment.
