Ocean Breeze began as a 65-acre park known as the largest privately owned trailer park in the United States. The park was established in 1938 in Stuart, FL by Harry Hoke, and was originally called “Ocean Breeze Park.”  In 1960, the 142 property owners voted to incorporate, and Harry Hoke was elected as the town’s first mayor.

On December 18, 2012, the town officially changed its name to “Ocean Breeze.” This small city is located along Route 707 and the Intracoastal Waterway just south of Jensen Beach. If you are looking for the perfect place to live with a small town feel yet close to amenities, and access to some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida, you have found it in Ocean Breeze. An interesting fact about this quaint town, Dorothy Geeben was mayor from 2001 to 2011. When she was re-elected in 2004 at age 96, the national media dubbed her the oldest living mayor. Mayor Geeben died on January 11, 2010, at the age of 101 just short of her 102nd birthday. What a special story about a very unique town.

A small mold problem was detected around our a/c unit that required immediate attention. We were away. We called them and they responded immediately, they removed some dry wall, dried out the area with fans and replaced the drywall and taped and primed it as part of the remediation process. They were trustworthy and excellent to deal with, Maria kept us up to date almost every day and Dean was excellent to work with.
