Board-up on day of event, water-and-smoke remediation/cleaning, textile cleaning (part of smoke remediation), unpacking return of textiles, and building contractor for a minor rebuild. Expensive? I dunno, I'd like to think you get what you pay for, and the expertise in dealing with this stuff professionally was readily apparent - and the people we dealt with were great. Biggest issue was on textile with some items that were damaged. In the grand scheme, nuisance, and not horrible.
