Waterbury customers are saying
Juan!!!! I was SO stressed out until he arrived! So unbelieveably personable and helpful. He, Christooher and John were AMAZING. They all worked incredibly hard while remaining helpful and attentive to us for the entire day. They truly went above and beyond what was expected and made a stressful event an actual pleasure in the end. Highy recommend!
I am a contractor who today worked in the same home as a servpro team. Jaun Ruiz and his crew javier,Christopher, and John worked together as a team. The remediation of the basement went smoothly. They were efficient, thorough, clean and got right to business. I would recommend that team again anytime. Great job
Extremely impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of Juan Ruiz and Cristhian. They worked so fast and were friendly and pleasant to have in our home. Juan Ruiz had exceptional attention to detail—asking questions and treating our belongings with the upmost care. As a business owner, I can see he is a huge asset with excellent leadership skills.
We had an excellent experience with Servpro during the water damage cleanup at Barnum House. The team was professional, responsive, and handled the situation with great care and efficiency. Juan Ruiz, who was in charge of the project, was very knowledgeable, organized, and made sure everything was completed properly. He communicated clearly throughout the process and provided excellent service. We truly appreciate the hard work, professionalism, and dedication shown by Juan and the Servpro team. I highly recommend Servpro for water damage restoration services.
Josh arrived at my house that had severe water damage from burst pipe within an hour of being called. He assessed the damage and assigned a crew. Shortly after the crew arrived. Juan G and Juan R began the remediation work doing an excellent job a reassuring me of their work. After removing all areas of dangerous material they set up their equipment and began drying out the area. Without the help of ServPro I would not have known where to begin. I thank them for the job they did and would highly recommend them, especially this crew.
Juan and Alonso did a fantastic job.
They were very quick to respond when I called for cleaning. Have been pretty thorough in the work. One less star cuz I felt it wasn't well communicated that the repairs would be done by a separate team, and said repair team did not take credit cards for payment and we don't have a couple thousand in cash...otherwise been great to work with.
Very professional, on time, worked efficiently, would definitely recommend !
Alec, Tim and Alonzo was a great team, worked together in a timely fashion. Answering all questions and pointing me in right direction.
