West Highland Cleanup and Restoration

Used these guys and they did an awesome job. I had a leak caused by the solar panel installers blind drilling into my roof. They sent people out, but time and time again were unable to fix the leak. Alex and her crew came out and fixed it in just one visit, and guess what, no leak. Cleaned up all the bad insulation in the attic and repaired the ceiling. Thanks for such an awesome job. I couldn't recommend them enough. If you have any water damage or repairs needed, I would definitely give Alex and her team a call.

Wonderful experience.

Very timely, professional and just great at what they do.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for coming in and getting the work done as quickly and as efficiently as possible. I would definitely recommend ServPro of North San Bernardino to anyone looking to have water mitigation services performed in their home.

Process was quick as promised and team did not have any issue with me making surprise visits to check on progress.

Sandra was awesome. Very professional and was always available when I had questions. She deserves a promotion.

Alex Pal and her team are most professional. We have worked with her on other projects. She makes a thorough assessment of the damage and how she can best serve the customer. She treats us like we are her family! There were other contractors working on the repair and she made sure they covered all contract bases. She is quick to offer help outside scope of duties. Alex went out of her way to ensure our complete satisfaction!

I had the best experience with Servpro of North San Bernardino City. They were so quick to respond and really valued my time.
