Remove the Odor Source
Debris containing odor-causing residues will continue to give off odors. That’s why we deal with the source of the odor first.
Clean Residues From Surfaces
After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

ServPro of Torrance is fantastic! We were displaced due to the Eaton Fire and our house had quite a bit of smoke damage. The ServPro team came in and cleaned our house from top to bottom. I had a major water leak that damaged almost half of my house. We got linked up with Servpro of Torrance for the rebuild and repair. I was contacted by several reps from their team to start the process. They immediately started the work and were very prompt, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was kept in the loop at all times and that built confidence as we were facing a major overhaul we had not seen before.
