After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration

Was a tough job, hot water pipe broke under building, they had to go into that dark, wet, moldy crawl space to set up drying units, and checked nearly daily in person!
