After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

2/3 of our house was flooded in August, 2025...Ghedeon and Ioana and their staff provided excellent response to any of our concerns and conducted all of the necessary mitigation and reconstruction in an expeditious manner in conjunction with our insurance adjuster. The job took 4.5 months and there were a great many details that required careful attention, including but not limited to: New flooring, new carpeting, new appliances, wall repair, new kitchen cabinets and countertop. All of these details were dealt with efficiently and transparently, so that we knew which of the improvements we requested were not covered by insurance and exactly how much out-of-pocket they would cost us. Ghedeon and his staff, both onsite and in the office, provided us with a solid foundation of service and comfort during this very trying time. We will be forever grateful to them all.
