After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

Where do I start? I will start by stating that I rarely write a review but this warranted it. I started with one leak and randomly selected SERVPRO due to the urgency factor. I got lucky. Starting with the remediation side, Damion came out and thoroughly explained what was needed and had remediation on site the next day. Everything went as planned and within budget. Damion then gave me the reconstruction side of the house contact , Tee. I have been out of the construction side of things for 10 years and wow did I get lucky. My brother and I work on properties for remodeling purposes, and we forgot to close all the valves while shutting off the supply line.
