What our
San Bruno customers are saying
I had a really good experience with SERVPRO after a water leak in my home. It was a stressful situation, and I really appreciated how responsive, practical, and straightforward Shawn and Chris were throughout the water mitigation process. They came out quickly, assessed the damage, set up the drying equipment, and explained what actually needed to be done without making the situation feel more dramatic than it was. Communication was easy, and I felt like they were focused on solving the problem rather than trying to upsell unnecessary work. Everything was handled professionally, and they made a pretty overwhelming situation much easier to deal with. I would definitely recommend them if you ever have to deal with unexpected water damage.
Shawn, Crystal and the rest of the team are amazing here! Great communication and very organized. Will recommend them to anyone who needs any assistance with restoration.
I had only a couple of days to prepare the house to care for an elderly family member. The carpets were pretty rough and the bathrooms were in a bad way, especially the shower stalls. I spoke to Shawn on a Friday, he came by on Saturday to look at what needed to be done and provide an estimate, and by Monday morning he and his crew were hard at work. Shawn was very accommodating and professional, and he and his crew, Chris and Nolan, really went about their work with vigor. When they were done a few hours later, the place looked fantastic - the carpet and kitchen floor hadn’t looked that good in years, and they had restored the bathrooms and shower stalls to a presentable state. I was very happy with their work and would recommend them highly.
Shawn came and help us with water coming into the house. He let us know that the drain needs to be clean out. Thank you Shawn!
We haven't even started working with this company yet and already feel like I've known Shawn and Crystal forever. The conversations have been real, genuine and uplifting- not the typical business small talk. These are the kind of people you want in your corner. They truly care and want to build people up.
I had a great experience with Shawn from ServPro. He came out for a free estimate, carefully looked at the situation, and then walked me through how I could handle the fix myself. I really appreciated his honesty and that he didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services. Even though I didn’t end up needing ServPro’s work this time, I wanted to leave a review because Shawn was professional, helpful, and trustworthy.
After receiving three different quotes and methods, Shawn from ServePro had the least invasive and most cost-effective approach. He was communicative, careful, and thorough. While others wanted to tear up my whole bathroom, he used a step-by-step process to identify the source of the problem. His cautious method saved me from unnecessary remediation and tearing down walls. I truly appreciate his professionalism and highly recommend him!
Sean and his crew were great. They responded to my elderly Mothers house very fast for a refrigerator ice maker line that caused damage to the kitchen floor and downstairs ceiling. Without opening up walls or the ceiling they were able to dry down everything using the latest technologies. They also were able to minimize the interruption by keeping the kitchen and other areas accessible and operable. Thanks to all of for the great job.
ServPro of South San Francisco is highly recommended because of their expertise, transparency and thoughtfulness. I had a mold issue in my garage, and after one in-depth phone call with Shawn, I had a plan of action. 10 out of 10, would recommend.
