Oh no, our roof leaked! USAA had us connect with ServePro and we couldn't be happier. Ralph was assigned to our account and was incredibly flexible and helpful in doing our remediation. As we had trouble determining the right roofer and had to change vendors at the last minute, we had to delay finalizing the remediation a few times. Ralph was very understanding and patient.
