Hey, I really appreciate the honest advice. Saved me a lot of money! Great company, quick replies, I would recommend them.

very responsible and honest service. thats what i always look for first. and they are quick.

I really don’t like writing a review, but here’s the reason why I’m writing this one a few months ago I had issue with my house. I called a couple of Restoration Companies what I realize that not every company cares for honesty and professionalism. People at Servpro from Silver Lake are so honest good people that saved me so much time and money that I couldn’t stop talking about them and then I decided to leave a review for the rest of the world again I wanna thank the people of Servpro in Silver Lake

Servpro was on time with their schedule and did an amazing job. I dealt with Karlo who was honest from day one and even came back to finish the job he promised he would do. They were clean and got the job done right. I would use them again.

Perfect — here’s your finalized Google Review version (Option 1) ready to post: ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rafael, Israel, and Irwin were amazing! Great communication, positive attitude, and super professional throughout the entire water and mold remediation process. Highly recommend this team — they truly went over and beyond!

Excellent work! My interior garage was left a horrible mess from debris that had fallen down between the rafters when I had a new roof installed. The old pebble style roof was original to my 1954 house and I was worried the fallen debris might have asbestos in it. I called ServePro Silver Lake because I needed licensed, qualified professionals to inspect the site and provide a legitimate environmental report. Fortunately for me, there was no asbestos found and we could safely proceed with the clean up. This project was absolutely daunting because, like so many others, I use my garage to store furniture, boxes of books and photos, and plastic containers that cover every square inch of my two-car garage! Rafael headed up the 3-person crew assigned to tackle this huge project and they did an amazing job! Every piece of furniture, artwork, and item packed within each box and container was vacuumed and wiped down with cleaning solution to return them to their original condition. Rafael even made sure no debris remained within the eaves or lay hidden beneath shelving units. It took several 8 hour days to completely remove the debris. Understand that some of it was pebble-like but a lot was a fine, black dust that got into any crevice it possibly could! Once the mess was cleaned up, Rafael and the crew took time to put everything back exactly where I wanted. My garage is now perfectly clean and it’s organized! I can’t thank them enough for their incredible hard work! I highly recommend ServePro Silver Lake to do the job and do it right! And that’s a helluva lot more than I can say about the roofers who neglected to prepare the area before they created and left such a mess for me to deal with!

Raphael handled our black mold remediation. He was very easy to reach and communicate with. He’s extremely professional. I’d highly recommend Raphael!

Great service! Amazing technicians who really ensure you understand the complete process. Would definitely recommend getting services here!
